The project was launched by inviting students to submit idea sketches as part of their classes. Three rooms were selected after presentations and were completed in February. The room is colored in the image of matcha, and the carpet on the floor and cushions are inspired by the Japanese sweets kinton and nerikiri. The staggered shelves reminiscent of Shoin-style zashiki decorations and the rounded blinds by the windows are also highlights.
