■ Dinner Buffet Bellago, an Italian dining establishment where you can casually enjoy authentic pizza baked in a pizza oven and a variety of pastas, has been newly renovated. The dishes are supervised by Mr. Hasegawa, the owner and chef of a popular French restaurant who has represented Japan at an international cooking competition, and you can enjoy Italian cuisine made with ingredients such as vegetables from Shiga Prefecture, Omi beef, and Kyoto in a buffet style. Using ingredients from Shiga Prefecture, you can fully enjoy the blessings of the Shiga earth and Mother Lake Biwa. Enjoy each dish, filled with the passion of the chefs at Lake Biwa Hotel, served in carefully selected Shigaraki ware. ■Natural hot spring large bath "Ruri Onsen Ruri no Yu" There is a men's bath and a women's bath (no change of seats). The large bath offers a panoramic view of Lake Biwa. Equipped with a sauna (men's bath: dry sauna, women's bath: mist sauna) and an open-air bath. ■Amenities There are no disposable plastic amenities in any of the guest rooms. We encourage our guests to have a "lifestyle" stay, where they bring their own amenities that they are accustomed to using.
